# MailHistory

> MailHistory (mailhistory.com) is a Norwegian email archiving service for businesses. It connects to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), Google Workspace (Gmail) and any IMAP mail server, and keeps a complete, searchable copy of every email and attachment on servers in Norway. It is made by Webspesialisten AS (org. no. 894 785 942).

## What it does
- Archives all company mailboxes automatically from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and IMAP.
- Full-text search across subject, body, sender and recipient in every mailbox, with filters for date, folder and attachments.
- All attachments in one place. Emails can be downloaded as PDF or original .eml.
- Emails from former employees stay in the archive after their mailbox or licence is removed, so companies can cancel Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace licences without losing the correspondence.
- An independent copy outside the email provider: protects against deleted emails, removed accounts and cancelled licences.
- Security: data stored in Norway, TLS encryption in transit, two-factor login, IP and country restrictions, and an audit log of all sign-ins. Supports GDPR requirements.
- Company-level plans: one fixed monthly price for the whole company with a shared storage pool (not per user).
